• 1. Cooperative Supervision Service. The federation has implemented a comprehensive strategy to assist, enhance operational standards, mitigate potential risks, and tackle underperformance within the cooperative system. This strategy encompasses every facet of the cooperative’s functioning, governance, and expansion, utilizing PFCCO business solutions. This service is available to all members, ensuring that all members can benefit from this service.
     • 1. Cooperative risk-based supervision services (CURBSS) – A service provided by the Federation intended to promote the maintenance of efficient, fair, safe, and stable risk-free Credit Cooperatives for the benefit and protection of its stakeholders. This is our tool for supervision service, which aims to make the cooperative financially viable and create continuous marketing and a recruitment program to become more competitive in the marketplace. We also promote operational efficiency through risk management and disciplined monthly monitoring of reports and results, ensuring the satisfaction of both employees and members.
       2. Credit union label of excellence in governance (CULEG) – CULEG is an internal self-regulation process for the members deployed by the federation. It informs members and stakeholders about the cooperative’s good governance practices. It enables cooperatives to obtain an independent and credible assessment of the quality and extent of their good governance. The rating process would also determine the relative standing of the cooperative vis-àvis the best practices followed in the country and other international cooperative organizations.
