PFCCO-NCR conducts a wide range of training, seminars, workshops, and business solutions that help members and future member cooperatives develop their human resources and acquire skills and competence to run their business operations.

I. CDA MANDATORY TRAINING—As an accredited training provider, the Federation also conducts the prescribed mandatory training courses in compliance with RA 9520 Standard Trainings for Cooperative Officers.

II. POLICY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

• 1. Project professionalization of Cooperative in Asia (PPCUA) – A program that enables cooperatives to formulate their management tools and comprehensive operating policy manual, including annual strategic planning.
• 2. Governance Framework Cooperatives – A complete governance policies and tools template to ensure good governance of Cooperatives.
• 3. Cooperative Business Continuity Plan (BCP) A BCP can help develop a practical plan for how cooperatives can prepare for and continue to operate after a crisis. The BCP will help identify and prevent or reduce risks and prepare for risks you cannot control.

III. COMPETENCY COURSES

• 1. Cooperative Director’s Competency Course and Cooperative CEO’s Competency Course (CUDCC / CUCCC) This is a training program for members to develop the competencies of the board members and Chief Executive Officers or Managers of cooperatives. It aims to help officers gain knowledge and develop the aptitude to analyze, plan, organize, control, and implement cooperative business plans.
• 2. Audit Committee Competency Course (ACCC) – A training program to provide basic competence to the Audit/ Supervisory Committee, enabling them to perform their responsibilities efficiently.
• 3. Loan Officer’s Competency Course (LOCC)

IV. LEADERSHIP TRAINING

• 1. Managing yourself for and with others (MYFO): A practical self-management development program for people in the cooperative movement to work for and with others to build a better community.
• 2. Building Transformative Leaders (BTL)The program focused on emotional intelligence, deepened relationships, social cohesion, and a strong values culture for leaders.
• 3. Leader + SHIFT Bootcamp – Leadership Boot Camp is an intensive session focusing on discovering personal leadership strengths and weaknesses, transitioning to a new leadership perspective, and inspiring leaders to leave a legacy for the next generation. Participants would explore and master skills and knowledge to take their leadership to the next level.

VII. ASIAN DEVELOPMENT EDUCATION WORKSHOP (DE)

The Development Education Workshop is a comprehensive program that motivates and raises awareness. It involves a five-day residential workshop organized by the Association of Asian Confederation of Credit Unions. The Asian DE program focuses on improving presentation skills and delivering insights into critical issues impacting the sustainability and advancement of cooperatives. By gaining a deeper understanding of development issues, participants will better appreciate the significance of their roles in establishing robust financial cooperatives for the community.

Successful participants earn the prestigious title of Development Educator (DE), which is recognized and honored worldwide. ACCU members also facilitate the international exposure of cooperative leaders.
