Education & Trainings for Human Resources Development
- PFCCO-NCR conducts wide range of trainings and workshops to help members and would be members to develop their human resources and enable them to gain skills to be competent in running the business operation of the cooperatives. PFCCO-NCR is an accredited training provider of prescribed courses on Standard Compliance Training required by law.
Global Linkages and Strategic Partnership
- Annually, PFCCO-NCR participates in the Asian Credit Union Development Educators Program (ACDE). The activity is being held in different Asian countries to develop global cooperative educators. Successful participants earn the prestigious title of being a Development Educator or DE, who is recognized and honored worldwide. International exposures of cooperative leaders are also facilitated through the ACCU members
International Cooperative Forums
- PFCCO-National and ACCU provides annual international development activities where coop leaders have the opportunity to participate and learn best practices among Asian counterparts and the chance to visit exciting places in Asia, Europe and America.
Cooperative Management & Professionalization Program
- Through the assistance of our apex organization (PFCCO National) and its global affiliates (ACCU), PFCCO-NCR provides Management and Professionalization Programs to the members such as the following:
- Cooperative Micro-Finance Innovation (CUMI) - is a credit facility program designed to reach out the “have less” in the community. The program provides training, standard operating procedures, and regular monitoring assistance to ensure the success of the facility.
- Project Professionalization of Cooperatives in Asia (PPCUA) - helping members develop their own comprehensive operating policy manual that will serve as cooperative management tools, including the conduct of annual strategic planning.
- Credit Union Risk-Based Supervision Service (CURBSS) - is our supervision service that aims to make cooperative financially viable that creates continuous marketing and expansion activities to be more competitive in the marketplace. This supervision service promotes operational efficiency through risk management and disciplined monthly monitoring of reports and results. It also ensures the satisfaction of both cooperative employees and members.
- Credit Union Director’s Competency Course (CUDCC) and Credit Union CEO’s Competency Course (CUCCC) - are institutional programs for members to develop the competencies of the members of the Board of Directors including the CEO’s or Managers of the cooperatives. The course also helps the Officers gain knowledge and develop aptitude to analyze, plan, organize, control, and assure the implementation of the cooperative’s business plans.
- Loan Officers Competency Courses and Audit Committee Competency Courses (LOCCC/ ACCC) - are other competency course designed to develop the skills of the Staff and their competencies to perform effectively in running the business of the cooperatives.
