The Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives-National Capital Region (PFCCO-NCR) is a regional federation affiliated with the Philippine Federation of Credit Cooperatives-National (PFCCO-National), formerly recognized as PHILCUL, which has maintained its existence since 1960. Through its national affiliation, PFCCO-NCR is globally connected with the Asian Confederation of Credit Unions and the World Council of Credit Unions.
PFCCO-NCR is committed to promoting the sustainable development of savings and credit cooperatives, as well as other cooperatives with savings and credit functions in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
