𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐔 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐍𝐨. 𝟑𝟓: 𝐅𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠
Held on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟐–𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at Brentwood Suites, Quezon City, the 𝐅𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 brought together our new set of officers in a shared pursuit of excellence in governance and leadership.
Over the course of two days, participants engaged in meaningful discussions, interactive learning sessions, and practical insights aimed at strengthening their competencies and deepening their understanding of their roles and responsibilities. More importantly, the program highlighted the core values of 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲—qualities that define leaders who are truly fit and proper to serve.
In today’s evolving cooperative landscape, leadership goes beyond qualifications—it calls for character, commitment, and a genuine dedication to the welfare of members and the organization as a whole. More than a requirement fulfilled, this training marks a significant step toward building stronger, more resilient, and sustainable cooperatives.
Indeed, this remarkable celebration would not have been possible without the trust, support, and collective efforts of the entire cooperative family. Together, we once again proved that when cooperatives unite, we create stronger communities, brighter opportunities, and a better future for all.
Maraming maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat!
