The Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) proudly recognizes the dedication and leadership of Mrs. Rose Dimaculangan Cañadido, a true advocate for cooperative excellence. As the Assistant General Manager of PFCCO-NCR, a wife, and a mother of three, she continues to inspire and empower others through her unwavering commitment to the cooperative movement.

A recipient of the 2025 Global Women Leadership Network (GWLN) Award Scholarship, Mrs. Cañadido has played a vital role in enhancing cooperative governance. She is also an active member of the Technical Working Group for improving audit tools, GAD tools, and IRR on training requirements for cooperatives.
